Puttzin' Around Downtown: Sign up your foursome today!

Dubuque Main Street's 11th annual Puttzin' Around Downtown will be May 11, 2012, from 12 - 5p.m. at various businesses around downtown Dubuque!

The 19th Hole Party will be from 5 - 7 p.m. at the fabulous Riverboat Lounge, inside the Hotel Julien Dubuque.

This year the theme is 80's PROM! Remember Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, Footloose? Foursomes are not required to dress in costume, but you can’t go to prom looking like you just rolled out of bed!

Did you always love the dresses in Pretty in Pink? Did you miss out on wearing a baby blue tuxedo at your prom? This is your chance! The possibilities are endless. BE CREATIVE!

Announcing the 2012 Downtown Cleanup Day!

Each spring, Dubuque Main Street and about 200 of our closest friends help to clean up the downtown area. We clean up from 22nd street all the way down to the Illinois bridge and connector!

This year, Dubuque Main Street’s annual Downtown Cleanup Day will take place:

Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m.!

GO GREEN! PITCH IN! GET INVOLVED!
(This makes a great service project.)

The mission of Architecture Days is to heighten the recognition of architecture as art form and to explore the rich architectural landscape of Dubuque through programming for all ages.

Our 2012 schedule of events includes walking tours, an evening seminar, TWO scavenger hunts (one for kids K-5, and one for the grown ups!), and so much more!!

Second Annual Farmers' Market Vendor Conference Announced

Dubuque Main Street is pleased to announce our second annual Farmers' Market Vendor Conference:

This event will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012, from 12:30-4:00 p.m. at the Hotel Julien Dubuque.

Vendors from any local farmers’ markets are invited to attend, as well as anyone interested in becoming a vendor. This conference is free of charge and open to the public.
