RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales of event merchandise, tickets, and promotional items are considered final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
As a nonprofit organization, proceeds from merchandise and ticket sales directly support our downtown programs and events. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or holidays.
A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout unless otherwise noted. Local pickup may be available for select items or during special events—details will be provided at the time of purchase.
